Assistant Professor Jukka-Pekka “JP” Onnela from the Harvard University is one of the Plenary Speakers of the EMBEC’17 & NBC’17 Conference. The topic of his speech will be “Digital Phenotyping”.
He obtained his doctorate in network science in Aalto University (formerly Helsinki University of Technology) in 2006. He joined his current department in 2011, where he runs a research group that focuses on statistical network science and digital phenotyping. He was awarded NIH (U.S. National Institutes of Health) Director’s New Innovator Award in 2013 for his work in digital phenotyping.
